About me
Hello! I am Guillermo Gamarra Segovia (he/him), and I recently finished my PhD thesis under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Johannes Sprang in the University of Duisburg-Essen. I am currently in a postdoctoral fellowship in Essen until March 2026, when I will be in Keio University in Tokyo for 6 months in a JSPS Short program fellowship, hosted by Prof. Dr. Kenichi Bannai .
My main research interests are in Arithmetic Geometry, especially on the study of abelian varieties and their moduli spaces.
