About me
Hello! I am Guillermo Gamarra Segovia (he/him), and until September of 2026, I was a postdoctoral researcher in Keio University, Japan, hosted by Prof. Dr. Kenichi Bannai . Before that, finished finished my PhD thesis under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Johannes Sprang in the University of Duisburg-Essen in Germany.
My main research interests are in Arithmetic Geometry, especially on the study of abelian varieties and their moduli spaces in relation to special values of $L$-functions. My current research also focuses on the study of the polylogarithm and its various realizations via some of the more recent advancements in the theory of geometrization of cohomology theories.
